  We export screen 2 standard, screen 1 & 3 is also possible.
 
It is uniform in size, free from small, shriveled, immature, split, broken, large as well as foreign matters and cleaning is done by screening using sieves and other devices. As per the interest of customers, it can further be cleaned from any defects by handpicking process.

Chick Peas

  We usually export Grade 3 standard; Grade 1 & 2 is also possible.
  It is uniform in size and free from: small, immature, shriveled, and foreign matter, which are removed by screening using sieves & cleaning devices.
 
  

Haricot bean

  It is one of the most important grain legumes grown in the low lands of Ethiopia particularly in the rift valley. Several varieties of them are consumed in Ethiopia usually mixed with other cereals.
 
  

Lentils (whole and split):-

  Lentil is one of the pulse crops grown in the highlands of Ethiopia and widely used as whole, split in stews, soups and various forms of sandwiches. It is a popular ingredient of every day diet in the majority household.
 
  

Horse bean:-

  It is measured in terms of bean size, color, and purity (free from foreign matter) and moisture content. Most of the Ethiopian horse bean is produced organically without using any chemical input.
  It is mostly used either whole (fried or fresh), split or as a floor. The grains may be boiled, fried or allowed to germinate and eaten as sprouts.
 
  

Dry peas

  It is one of the heavily consumed pulse crops in Ethiopia. It is usually eaten fried, roasted and boiled whole or split in the form of stews, vegetable soups mixed with other bean.
  It is also widely used in crop rotation practices to improve soil fertility.
